ISTAR is an acronym for intelligence, surveillance, target acquisition, and reconnaissance. ISTAR is a system for collecting and processing information that provides all relevant units with a real-time operational picture and helps them make timely and correct decisions on the battlefield. We are launching a fundraiser to collect 200,000 UAH for a vehicle needed to carry out combat missions. We have liberated Kupiansk and are holding a strong defense of Kharkiv. We will win together!
